Meridian’s designers use Design Thinking to create kiosk solutions that help their clients address their market needs. Drawing from their breadth of kiosk design experience, as well as the aesthetic requirements for each project, Meridian’s team creates a series of conceptual and environmental renders for review. Meridian’s experienced engineers take the desired concept and create a fully functional 3-D CAD model, accounting for every screw, weld point, component, bracket and hinge throughout the entire unit.
In-House Eco-Friendly Fabrication Process
Cold rolled steel is cut using laser or turret punch technology.
Steel parts are sent to the pemming first, or go directly to the press brake for bending.
The steel parts are welded per the fully functional 3-D CAD model created during Design Engineering.
Finish and Inspection
In preparation for paint, the steel parts are finished and inspected to create a blemish free structure.
Once the steel has been finished and checked, they are painted using high-quality powder coat before moving into assembly.

Assembly and Integration
Each component of the self-service solution is fitted together and inspected before software integration. Software is integrated and tested by Meridian’s team of software engineers.
Staging and Deployment
Units are cleaned, inspected, wrapped, packaged, and overall prepared at our facility before heading to the final destination. When it comes to getting our client’s kiosks in the field, Meridian guides our clients with a strategic action plan for their kiosk deployment.
Because Meridian owns the entire process, they are able to deliver in shorter time frames, offer the strongest warranty in the industry and help customers scale and maintain their self-service deployments.
