He is exactly who Meridian needs heading up integration,” said Warren.

In late February of this year, MacDonald was tapped as Interim Director of Manufacturing. “Jeff really stepped and did an amazing job for us,” said Meridian CEO Chris Gilder. “He allowed us to keep momentum and we have been able to take our time filling that position.”
MacDonald is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Since joining Meridian, he has overseen its ISO certification program and will continue to do so. As Director of Integration, MacDonald will also oversee quality assurance, IT (both internal and external), logistics and shipping, and customer support services.
“I’m excited to have an opportunity to work at a place like Meridian, where technology, innovation, and people are at the core of what we do,” said MacDonald. “I’ve always loved wearing many hats and leading integration gives me that opportunity.”
“We have a great team in place,” said Warren. “With Jeff’s ability to collaborate and solve complex problems, Meridian will be poised to serve its customers better than ever.”
